FSP Power Solution GmbH Opens Its Doors to Future Industrial Clerks from Berufskolleg Weingartstraße in Neuss
FSP Power Solution GmbH welcomed Berufskolleg Neuss students in Mönchengladbach for insights into German-Asian business and career paths.

FSP Power Solution GmbH welcomed 15 students from the Berufskolleg für Wirtschaft und Informatik des Rhein-Kreises Neuss to its Mönchengladbach site on 17 June 2026. The visit gave future industrial clerks first-hand insight into international business practice, technical customer support, logistics and cooperation between Germany and Asia.
The company visit was part of the students' course "Intercultural Communication, Focus Asia/Chinese". The course aims to deepen students' understanding of international business relations, German-Asian economic links and practical cooperation in companies with different cultural backgrounds.
FSP Power Solution GmbH has been based in Mönchengladbach for nearly two decades and will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year. As a company with Taiwanese roots and a local base in the Mittlerer Niederrhein region, FSP showed the students how customer needs in Germany are connected with international engineering, manufacturing and logistics processes.
During the visit, the students gained insight into several key departments, including New Energy, Technical Service, Field Application Engineering and Warehouse/Logistics. These areas showed how FSP Power Solution GmbH supports customers locally while working within an international value chain that connects business development, technical service, engineering, production and logistics across Europe and Asia.

For the students, who are training as industrial clerks, the visit connected classroom learning with real business processes. The exchange also showed why cultural understanding is a practical skill in commercial roles, especially when working with customers, suppliers and colleagues across borders.
